Hey Guys!
I've just acquired a 59 short fleetside bed for my project truck and would
love to add the deluxe bed side trim. Anyone have a set they would be willing
to part with? I'm just starting the building phase of a truck that has been
running around in my head for years. I'm starting with the cleanest 55-2 cab
you'll ever see, the 59 short fleet bed, 57 Chevy fenders and grill and a 57
GMC hood. The power plant will be the 261 and 4 speed from the 55-2 6400 the
cab came from with plans for Fenton headers and an Offy dual or triple 1bbl
intake. Lowered, of course, shaved, black primer, red artillery wheels,
exterior sun visor and a few other vintage touches. The deluxe trim on the
bed will be the only bright work on the whole thing.
So if anyone has a set of the deluxe trim they'll sell or know where I might
find set, I'd sure appreciate the help.
