We used a good brand (Lincoln) in my shop and experienced no problems
in almost continuous operation for years. Two caveats:

1. Whatever brand you buy, replace tips with a good quality ones at
the first sign sign of leakage and frequent disconnect.
2. Keep your old hand gun for u-joints and other "sealed"
applications; the uncontrollable high pressure of an air gun will
destroy seals which will allow grit and water to ruin the bearing.
In one dusty industrial application, we discovered that the only
bearings which were giving good service were those which had _never_
 been greased!
