The gasket set you received is for an "A" + engine, this engine replaced the old
1275 in the 80s, Non were (legally) imported to the US. I ran into this with Vic
Brit a few weeks ago.I tried to tell them but like Moss, they are ignorant!
The timing cover gasket is a dead give away.
The part number being similar doesn't mean it will fit. Not even close!
