You can use stripper to remove paint, but be careful that you don't get it
into seams and areas where it can be trapped.  I have never used the sand
blast method because (1) I don't have a sandblaster, and (2) you can warp
the panels by sandblasting (so I'm told).   After removing the paint, you
can de-rust the panels by using sandpaper and wirebrushing (either by hand
or power tools), followed by treatment with metal prep, and then
priming/painting.   Doing all this by hand, though, will help keep you warm
during those cold Huntsville winters.
