Now we go into dangerous ground - not agreeing with Frank :-).
When rebuilding our car we need a part for the rack and went through about a
dozen units at a local salvage yard. The ten with grease were filled up on
one end and rusted and coming apart on the other. One unit was rusted on both
ends and the one with oil was still in good condition.
