While working on an old house, I set up my ladder on some boards laying
under some ivy vines. I climbed the ladder when all of a sudden I was
heading downward. Seems the old boards were covering a septic tank.
Yes it was still active and yes I fell in!! Talk about a sh*tty day!
It was early December, I was dressed for the mid 30 degree weather, I
also made a bee line for the bay for a quick clean up.
No the cold salt water was not worse than the septic tank swim.
