There was an article in a german classic car magazine about a project like
this.  A farmer had buried all his old cars and an MGA TwinCam was among
them.  An MG club drove out there and after two days of digging in the
rain and finding an old bug first, they found the MG.  Unfortunatly it was
in incredible bad shape and even most engine piece were too far gone.
