Charcoal Canister fuel vapor recovery system? If so, the charcaol is
probably soaked with fuel from a leaky float. It may also be the can in
the boot, whatever it does, it is connected to the fuel tank via a hose.
It may also be a slight leak from the fuel pump, lines, or float bowl
leak.
