Glad your trip went well. So, how did the car place? Regarding the oil at
stop or idle, I assume you dropped in a 1275. We had the same problem while
trying to figure out the emission stuff. We finally ended up with the
following:

Hose from intake to gulp valve to oil seperator at front of engine. This
gave us good vacuum, but had the same problem at a stop. Turns out the
diaphragm on the gulp valve had a tear in it. To do a quick fix, simply cut
a piece of plastic the same size as the diaphragm from a zip lock bag, placed
the round plastic on top of the torn diaphragm, and buttoned it back down.
Ran 500+ miles so far, no problems, although I did order a replacement
diaphragm. Again, glad you had a good trip, and thanks for you help in the
past.
