1500 Engine ID

Here is the info that everyone has provided me re: 1500 engine identification:

My ID is: FP60180UCE

FP = Midget
FM = Spitfire
60180 = S/N (60180 seems reasonable for '78)
-E = Dual SU (UK Only, where there Spits with SU's?)
-UE = ZS carb federal spec
-UCE = ZS carb, CA spec, 7.5:1 compression, different spec carb, different spec 
distributor and various other forms of anemia.
