Considering what it could be, I see your point. Here in Texas I have a 68 GTO,
running but not driven 'till new paint is applied, and the two Mayflowers. So I
would hate to have a yearly fee for these cars as well as keeping the Sprite,
Midget, and Colt licensed and inspected and insured. I guess since there is not
a
choice in the matter, less is better, but I am spoiled as nothing is better yet.
But upon reflection, your wonderful state is usually a testing ground for all
the
new laws before they are inflicted upon the rest of our country (Emissions
Testing) so I soon may lose my fee free status sooner or later myself. Ah
