I have a off list friend who lives in Boulder, Co. He told me once of
seeing a Bugeye down the street from him. I have been lightly pressuring
him to talk to this guy and asking him if he knows about our list. He
was not sure about doing it but I assured him that most LBC owners are
friendly people (like, duh!). I received this responce this morning.

Subject: Bug-eye owner
Hey dude! I finally got a chance to talk to the owner
of the bug-eye Sprite who lives a couple of blocks over.
You were right he was very friendly. His name is Mike and
he actually has a business called Triumph Imports. His
business is out of the huge garage in the alley behind his
house and boy you should see the cars he has back there. I
counted about 12 cars (a mix of MG's and Triumphs) and thats
just what is outside. His daily driver, the bug-eye, has a
toyota motor and tranny as well as a fiberglass bonnet.
Mike says he drove the car from here to Kentucky (i believe)
and back without incident. He doesn't have a computer so he
has no way of joining your chat group. He told me stop on
by whenever I had a chance and if anyone on your chat has
trouble finding a part tell me and I can see if he can get
one.
