You say that you changed from a 3/4 to a 7/8. I think you stated this
backwards. The original Bugeye MC is already 7/8. The disc brake cars used
the 3/4. When you switched MC's did you also swap the pushrods? The pushrod
for the 7/8 MC is longer and will not work correctly when used in the 3/4
MC. I don't remember the lengths but could measure them tonight if needed.
