Dead on!! John "is" correct tho. HOWEVER, nada has been "addressed"
reference Electrolytic (?) ROT.

If the two largest Emergency Vehicle Manufacturers in the world use
"zincchromate" bare metal primer AND a "barrier strip" between their steel
pieces and their alum body parts...................................??

And for ONCE, not to belittle the US Fed. Gov't., but BOTH are required for
not only "bidding purposes", but for "Apparatus Construction" and
"inspection" and delivery thereof.

Cheers.............

PS: 'Nother "dark" tidbit from my past: designed Emergency Vehicle Bodys
for Ambulance and Light Rescue Vehicles PLUS Electrical Systems for same.
