Yep... I know of some people on the Land Cruiser list that just make new
Speedo dial faces in Photoshop and print em out and stick em on. They change
transfercases\trannys\rearends\tire sizes so often that its a much cheaper
way to go.

The method involves measuring angles (how off 0 mph is 60 mph in degrees) on
you your original Speedo and then recalculating where the needle should be
with the new ratio and moving the figures accordingly. Supposedly very
accurate. Some guy even made one that was GPS precise.
