Bryan -

Not too good to be true at all! My wife owns, regularly drives, and
works on a '58 ZB Magnette. A recent "date night" was spent on the back
deck, with a bottle of wine, a pair of SUs, and an overhaul set, while I
walked Marcy through the finer points of fixing leaky SUs.

Not that things started out that way. When we first got married, Marcy
was only peripherally interested in cars, and tolerant of my hobby.
However, I promised her that I'd never give her cause to resent my
hobbies, and I've tried to keep that promise. (Nobody's perfect.)

Well, first she stared to come to shows and swap meets with me, then she
became the best rally navigator I've ever had, then she decided to jump
in with both feet and buy (and learn to work on) a Magnette!

Now the biggest problem is the drives to and from shows, because with
two MGs (and no trailer or tow vehicle) we have to drive separately!
