How would you know, Bob?   Surely you wouldn't employ people so dumb as to 
say, "Hey boss, I am gonna be sick today so I can put a 3.7 diffy in my 
Midget!".OR if you DO, it really wouldnt make any difference whether they 
were there or not!  <G>
