It's the little stuff that will break you on this conversion.  You will need
a cross flow 1275 Radiator, a water cross over pipe.  The intake/exhaust are
on opposite sides, so the heater box will have to be swapped 180 degrees or
removed.  The wiring harness fittings will be on opposite sides of the
engine compartment too.  If you have bought any parts for the 1500...like
motor mounts, clutch, tranny mounts, etc., they won't work.  Add an electric
fuel pump, and the wiring to power it.  You literally would be building the
car from scratch.  The only way I'd attempt this would be if I had a
complete 69-74 Midget with a basket case body and good mechanicals, and a
latter car with an excellent body and no drivetrain.
