Well guy, that's about 3,995 more than I got out of a P/plate when the
retaining spring clip let go. Yup, brand new and a few times around the block
when the clutch quit.
Mine was a swap meet bought clutch, new, but maybe there was a batch of bum
ones out there and they found their way to market.
Or maybe it just happens. I have installed lots of clutches, only one bum
plate in all isn't bad.
Take an hour and change it :)
