I got one of those lately. Bought a new treadmill with ifit on it. Just
take this simple physical test, put in the stats and they tell you how you
are doing. Well according to them it would be a good idea if this 30 yr old
didn't go picking any fights at the Nursing center. A 70 yr old in
reasonable shape might just decide to kick my ass. :-)
