I'm with you on this one!!! 
The day before yesterday I was waiting at a red light and watched a cop
ignore a driver that ran the red light in order to make a right turn
from the left lane, across three lanes of traffic, and go after someone
who didn't have his seatbelt on. After all, if someone gets in an
accident and isn't wearing a seatbelt, he might be injured and cause
everyone else's insurance rates to go up. Obviously this must take
priority over the idiot running the red light who causes the accident in
the first place.
