Grind or file a slot on the top of the bolts then use a screw driver.
They are round to prevent theft but they usually come out real easy,
they are not tight.
Replace them with regular bolts so it's easier the next time or for the
next owner. If somebody wants to steal the Midget, the headless bolts
are not going to stop them.
