Does the pedal slowly go to the floor or is it just "soft"? If it is "soft"
the back brakes may need to be adjusted.
If it is bleeding off, then it's probably the master cyl.
You can get a rebuilt from your local Advance Auto for 40 or 50 bucks. At
that price it dosen't pay to rebuild it yourself.
Here's what I use;
> engine oil 20/50 engine oil
> transmission fluid 30wt engine oil
> rear axle 90wt gear oil
> brakes Castrol LMA
> clutch Castrol LMA
> radiator 50/50 antifreez/water
