Rubber Grease

Or Greasy Rubber...Is there a rubber grease that I can use on the inside of
a radiator hoset?

For some reason the lower hose really sticks to the alloy radiator and the
last two times I have removed it, I have wrecked it getting it off. Never
had this problem with the stock rad.
