Replacing points

Hi guys,

Time for my once-a-year post to the list.

I'm planning on replacing the points/condenser on my '74 Midget later this
week.  My question is, the PO soldered the condenser wire and coil wire to the
points spring.  How should the replacement parts be attached?  The new
condenser has a loop connector on the end.  Do I need to attach the same to
the end of the coil wire and then attach them to the points, and where?
