Sometimes you need a third guy to steer it out, esp in a 1500, where the
front sheetmetal doesn't unbolt!

I used to do it all the time, then I got old ;) 
I would stand on the shocks and just physically yank it up and out. 
Now I have a hoist but you can use a rope over a branch. 
2 guys and a 4x4 with a rope works too. Right guys? 
We have done this a few times, when we're in a hurry.
