If surface mail happens to catch the ship that is ready to go you might get 
it there in less than 6 weeks.  I shipped some guitar amps that got there once 
in a bit less than 4 weeks.  But most of the time the mail has to wait for a 
ship to be ready.  USPS (as reliable as they are) indicates I believe 6 - 8 
weeks by slow boat.
