Hi Dan,
I went though this about 5 years ago. I came up with something unusual. I
went down to the Harley Davidson dealer and purchased a pair of Harley mirrors.
Why You ask? They are inexpensive and best of all no drilling in a BE fender
or door. They mount in the rear screw hole of the wind screen. Here they are
out of the way and NO Drilling involved. Get this, They even come tinted if
you want, so when the SUV is on your tail their lights don't blind you. I
think they are great. Look nice too.
