About 1980-85 here in Stamford. Of course,
these could be town laws...not totally sure.
If you're out in the sticks and no one complains, obviously you're OK. But in
town residential neighborhoods you're dead meat if your neighbor sees you with
a spray can of Rustoleum in your hot little paw.
And yeah....CT is a PITA in
these respects. But try to get Jessica's Law
enacted!!! Town/State has funny priorities.
Looks like the "new" Sprite is gonna be a
Clarici special one off. Cool.
