Larry Daniels was kind enough to send me a
mail on the Borg & Beck clutch which USED
to be available from VB as "standard issue",
To you and rest of list: BEWARE
Seems with Indian/Chinese parts making the scene that this is probably NOT
still the
case as when Larry called them to confirm
B&B, 'cause they WOULDN'T TELL HIM the mfg.
I know a lot of stuff comes across from
"County" in England, who source their parts
from all over the place and not necessarily
England at all. "County" is a supplier of water pumps, bearings, etc. Quality
of any
given part is unknown to me though I've
heard of their water pumps.
Clutch-wise...
we'd probably be better off with MiniMania, Winner's Circle, FASPEC or the
like....at least they'll tell you the mfg.
and most likely, it'll be genuine Borg & Beck
rather than unknown quality stuff.
