But why should YOU do the work to make things work. You ordered what
you wanted, you paid for what you wanted, but you did not receive what
you wanted. I always work on the principle that you must make it twice
as hard for them to do things wrong as it is to do things right.
Otherwise, there is no incentive for them to do thinmgs right the first
time!
