Tom races in California with VARA. While some vintage race organizations
require you to use a car with race history... many do not. So, yes, an old
chassis, prepared to vintage spec according to your race organization.

The car is georgeous, and I can really appreciate it and the effort that
went into it, but how can it be considered a vintage race car? What
organization would that be? They must have only one rule, Start with
an old chassis. I told you I was confused about vintage racing.
