I gotta agree with you there. I also looked at the fact that MiniMania sells 
the tapered bearing kits for $99 each side of the car. Ouch. I do believe 
that it would be easier to find quality tapered bearings than quality ball 
bearings, however. Even easier to find crappy ones of either variety...
