Hello Bert,

       i think the problem is in the RADIO and you need to send it to
       me. i'll check it out in my positive ground car in if it is in
       good condtion, i'll let you know, and keep the radio. no
       remittance necessary. if it is bad, then i'll let you know and
       still keep the radio, after all you wouldn't want a bad one
       would you?
