My Morris Minor had a similar tag on it. In this case it was labeled BMC
1961. I'm fairly certain that the title for the car claims it is a '61,
whilst the VIN states it is if 1959 vintage. Dunno if this is something that
is California-specific, but the car was originally titled there.
