And for about the same price as rebuilding it to 289 or 302, you can stroke 
it to 347.  Nice set of aluminum heads, a nice aluminum intake, an edelbrock 
650 cfm carb.  Oh, yeah, build it from a roller cam 5.0 block and get a nice 
325 streetable horsepower for less than it costs to rebuild a 1380 spridget 
engine.  Weight savings from aluminum head, intake, and headers, and it will 
probably be lighter in the front than the Healey 4 cylinder.  I built mine 
from a junk yard Lincoln Town Car, with parts off ebay, total including 
machine work was under $2000.
