You're probably right, Peter.  But I'm assuming you mean Bud P, when you 
mention "the stuff he has to buy near the lake shore".   I'm not aware of 
any extra-special gasoline formulae we have to use along the inland 
waterways (rivers), at least in Pennsylvania.
