Bearings in the drawers vs. sliders? 

Gauge of the steel. 

Quality of the casters. (Mounting of the casters too). 

Total weight capacity (air tools and other stuff really adds up,
contributing to the failure of the drawers, etc).

Quality of the locks.

Quality and functionality of the handles.

Etc.
