Keith,

The Alpine 260 badge was only used on the cars sold in England and the rest
of Europe. Most, if not all Tiger MK I's came with the Powered by Ford 260
badge. Most likely the badge was changed to Sunbeam 260 with the advent of
the MKIA because Chrysler did want to have the Ford on the badge, thus the
balance of the MKIA's had a Sunbeam 260 badge.  If my memory serves me only
the MKII had the V-8 badge.

Although I have a MKIA I have the V-8 badges to keep the guy next to me
guessing.
