Got my "First sold '65, year model '66 changed to year model '65 using
Norman's book. My Jensen date was Feb. '65. No sweat, and no charge.
They don't charge you again for paying fees, both transfer and sales tax
(equiv), or personal property tax. Maybe a few bucks for documentation.
Don't know the difference to you, but to me it's good by smog tests.
The Highway Patrol cert is just as good as the DMV, but you must get a
freindly Chippie.
