Frank,

Yes it is. I saw the thing and tried to tighten it because I thought it
was leaking. Difficult at best. These are the "normal" British "Bubble"
flairs, not the US double flares. They are stock, if in a difficult
location to get a set of wrenches on. Sunbeam Specialties has
replacement stock. Mine wasn't leaking, it was the valve cover gasket
dripping over the starter to the fitting!
