Hey,  these solutions sound kind of expensive to me.  Up here in Vermont we
just pick an old baseball style cap that says something like "Mack Trucks" or
such on the front.  Put it on your head, pound one good 3 penny spike through
the front and another one through the rear and you'll never have a problem
with that puppy blowing off .  Heck, use that old trick all the time.
