Pay attention if you use "early 302 heads"  some have chamber volumes
of 63 (nominal) cc's and some are of the 58cc size, and some are of
the 52cc size.  260's had 52 cc chamber volumes and selecting the
larger sizes will lower your comp ratio and reduce power (but allow
you to supercharge assuming room). 

If you are not keeping the stock heads (or even if you are) I'd go for
bronze inserts, some mild pocket porting, and a good intake maniford,
carb and headers to get the pump to breath better.
