TAC qualified inspectors

Hey, guys:

I heard through the grapevine that there may be a qualified TAC inspector
in the Oklahoma area named Chester Bailey.  Can anyone from the TAC
committee verify this and, if so, can someone let me know how to get ahold
of him to get my Tiger TAC'd?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
