Just to re-iterate a very good suggestion that may have gotten
lost in the rest of the radiator details.


ALWAYS put a good piece of corrugated cardboard, or press
board, between the fan blades and the radiator before trying
to slide it out.

It doesn't much matter if you just leave it against the fan
blades, or tape it to the core.  Prevents damage and is easy
to do, and a sorry mess if you don't.  Even helps when trying
to get the fan bolts married to a wrench.  Keeps knuckles from
as much scrapping too, but they heal, and the radiator
doesn't.
