Chris,
I believe you to be correct about axle pulling, simply from the varied,
and sometimes weird, experiences by many.
Will all those Listers that have had "SUCCESSFUL" axle pulling experiences
please post your technique on the http://www.TigersUnited.com Forum
(link in the top Black Bar), in the "Rootes Workshop Manual Subjects"
section under "Section G - Rear Axle".
Perhaps we can get a dialogues and resolution recorded that will still
be there when one of our listers is faced with this issue. If, on
reflection and reading other's methods, you believe them to be better,
you can always edit or delete your own.
This, after all, is the real point of the Forum Section. To provide a
permanent, organized resource to individual problem solutions that may
have been posted to the Tiger List, but have since been lost by the members.
