I went through a similar problem, but no Hunter 9700 in this area at the
time. Finally found an individual that could spin/strobe balance the LAT 9's.
THis was done on the car and resulted in an advantage I had not thought about.

Instead of introducing variation from the machine, the spin/strobe ballance
adds no imbalance from the equipment. The upshot of all this is that the
balance was achieved and accounted for the clearances and variations of all
the componets....rims, tires, spindle, lugs, rotors/drums and bearings. It is
incredible how smooth and vibration free the resulting job took. A final
interesting note, the technition took nearl an hour for each rim and charged
me $68.00 for the complete job.
