Yes.

Except the speedo gear that is inside matches the Mk II speedo
calibration, not the Mk I, IA.

You will need to either replace that internal gear, get a Mk II speedo,
or recalibrate your speedometer.

Recalibrating the speedometer is done simply by a change in the magnetic
strength of the internal disc. The odometer cannot be recalibrated
without changing internal speedo gears. See TigersUnited article on
rebuilding speedometer.

The wide ratio Mk II, or any dual pattern, for that matter, have a nose
retainer bearing suitable for a 6 bolt bell housing. Replacing by using
your original retainer will fix that. Save the original in case you go
to a 6 bolt engine.
