Hi all,

I pulled the F4B intake manifold off the engine last night (and I now
have better appreciation for Lee Holman's comment on the 'bolts that God
can't see'), and it looks like the parts of the intake manifold gaskets
that surround the front water passage were in very poor shape. I'm
trying to track down the source of a bunch of water getting into the
oil, and I'm wondering if the intake manifold gaskets are a common
source of this problem. Has anyone out there encountered this specific
problem? In my case it looks like the gaskets were not particularly high
quality (not my doing), and the intake manifold bolts were probably
torqued to less than the spec values (judging by what it took to loosen
them off).

Thanks in advance,
Theo
