One excellent road force machine is the Hunter GSP9700. It is the only 
machine I've found that can come close to reproducing new car ride. Cannot say 
if 
the loading test is compatible with wire wheels. This answer should be 
available 
through www.hunter.com. It also features a locator you can use to find a 
local service shop with a 9700. For any kind of vibration diagnosis I would 
think 
this is the first step.
